The question from the National Police:
The National Police force is developing rapidly. Laws and regulations are changing, digitization is increasing and work processes are shifting. This requires new buildings. There are many elements to consider, such as the building, ICT and operations that need to be connected to each other. The National Police asked for our help to get them connected.

What we did:
We worked with user journeys to go through specific work processes step by step. With this, we could show how various elements could be connected to each other. It was then possible to see which overview, insights and type of transparency was needed. And we could highlight which facilities, mobility services and applications to use.
