Supervisory authorities, such as Supervisory Boards, experience the influence of digitalization and sustainability on the organizations they work for. Not only from the perspective of risk management but also with a view to strategy and growth. The last edition of the Supervisory Board Toolkit was developed in 2013. Can you help to give digitalization and sustainability a place in the new Toolkit?

What we did:
In collaboration with 6 partners, we have developed the new Supervisory Board Toolkit. This was presented in June 2021. In addition, we have contributed to the research into digital transformation in boardrooms in the Netherlands.
